La Sablésienne

Since 1670, La Sablésienne has preserved the tradition of the pure butter Petit Sablé from Sablé-sur-Sarthe. In 2003, Amélie Loret Scherrer, heir to a long line of pastry chefs, took over the biscuit factory to continue this gourmet heritage, now part of France’s culinary heritage.
