DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA RETENTION
Personal Data collected as part of the creation of a personal space and/or as part of an order on the Site are kept for a period of 3 years from the most recent of the following two dates: date of creation of the personal space / date of the last order placed by the Customer on the Site.
Personal Data collected in connection with Newsletter subscriptions are kept for the duration of the Newsletter subscription.
Personal Data collected via cookies will be stored for a maximum of 12 months.
Notwithstanding the above, we may extend the retention period for some of your Personal Data solely in order to meet our legal obligations.
On expiry of the above-mentioned periods, your Personal Data will either be anonymized for statistical purposes and according to a filing system adapted to the preservation of your rights, or destroyed.
We undertake to take all technical and organizational measures to limit access to your Personal Data to authorized persons only, and to ensure its security against any type of event (destruction, loss, alteration, distribution or unauthorized access, etc.).
THIRD-PARTY INTERVENTION
