You have changed your mind or your gift isn't to the receiver's liking?
Don’t worry, you have 14 days to return your products.
Follow these 3 simple steps to be refunded : Inform, Prepare, Send!
1. INFORM US
Contact us through this form to let us know you’d like to return your parcel. We’ll send you a return tag.
2. PREPARE YOUR PARCEL
Prepare your return parcel, making sure to place the items in their original packaging. Insert the return tag inside the parcel. Please note: if the original packaging is no longer usable, please replace it with suitable packaging to protect the items during transport.
3. DROP OFF YOUR PARCEL
Drop off your return parcel at a post office or postal agency. Your parcel must be sent to the following address:

Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense.
4. RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
As soon as we receive your return, your products are checked and if everything is in order, we will refund the product or your order within 14 days. Refund times may vary depending on your bank's own processing times.
*For any returns made outside of the specified conditions or sent directly to our warehouse, we reserve the right not to process a refund and may offer to reship your order at your expense..
