All orders are pepared and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days after validation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- Email updates on the status of your order
- A tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time from the moment it’s handed over to the carrier
You can also check the status of your order :
- From your customer account, under the section My Orders.
- If you placed an order as a guest, please use this dedicated form.
ADDITIONAL DELAYS AND EXTRA CHARGES
Despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend delivery times:
- Social movements or strikes
- Unavailability of or damaged product
- Carrier delivery delays
- Customs processing delays for international shipments
Please note: For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be applied. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to recent changes in customs regulations, additional taxes and longer processing times may apply. Any increase in customs fees remains the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, please note that, until further notice, orders over €700 are no longer accepted. We sincerely apologize for these inconveniences, which are beyond our control.
